Context worth keeping
Prompts, instructions, references and a safe transfer checklist.
“Sent” isn’t the same as “received.”
A shared folder can still leave the next person wondering what matters, what is unfinished, or why a decision was made. Use this checklist to close those gaps together.
Start with critical work. Assign an interim owner if there is no successor. Ask the recipient to open the sources and try one representative task before signing off.

A few things to know
Is this only for employee departures?
Use it for role changes, extended leave, or moving responsibilities between teams. Adapt the suggested timing to your situation.
What if there is no successor?
Assign an interim owner for every responsibility. Unassigned work should remain an open issue, not be marked complete.
Does this transfer my AI memory automatically?
No. Conversation exports, saved memories, instructions and connected files are different. The guide helps you review what your service can export and what your company allows you to share.
Are my checks saved or shared?
No. The interactive checks only last for this page visit. Download the spreadsheet to keep your team’s work. With analytics consent, we measure resource actions, not which checklist items you tick.
